Evoke plc, which completed its rebrand from 888 Holdings in late 2025, has announced the formal launch of its B2B platform licensing division, offering its proprietary casino and sportsbook technology stack to third-party operators for the first time.
The move represents a strategic pivot for a company that built its reputation as a direct-to-consumer operator. Evoke's platform underpins brands including William Hill, 888casino, and Mr Green, giving the B2B offering credibility at scale.
"We've spent twenty years building and refining this technology in some of the world's most demanding regulated markets," said Per Widerström, Evoke CEO. "Making that available to other operators is a logical extension of our capabilities."
The B2B offering includes the full platform stack — casino engine, sportsbook, PAM, CRM, and payments — alongside regulatory compliance modules pre-built for UK, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, and several US states.
Evoke is targeting five B2B platform agreements in 2026, positioning against competitors including Kambi (sportsbook), SG Digital, and Playtech's platform division.
