Industry-First Compliance Solution
Pragmatic Play has rolled out a proprietary transparency dashboard that grants operators granular control over return-to-player configurations and provides audit trails for regulatory review. The tool integrates directly with Pragmatic's games portfolio, enabling operators to view, configure, and publicly disclose RTP matrices across 2,000+ slots and table games.
The dashboard was developed in response to regulatory mandates in Sweden, the UK, Malta, and proposed US state requirements that operators publish game-level RTP rates and volatility metrics. Operators can now generate compliant disclosure documents automatically, reducing legal review cycles and time-to-market for new jurisdictions.
Technical Integration and Operator Adoption
Five major operators—including Rush Street Interactive and PokerStars—are piloting the dashboard in beta and have committed to full deployment by Q1 2027. The tool connects to operators' back-office systems via API, allowing real-time syncing of RTP changes without requiring re-certification of game assets.
The dashboard includes player-facing components, enabling operators to display RTP rates directly on game lobby pages, as regulatory frameworks increasingly require. Pragmatic estimates the tool will reduce operator compliance costs by 30–40% in jurisdictions with published RTP mandates.
Competitive Differentiation
Scientific Games and other major suppliers have not yet announced equivalent solutions, positioning Pragmatic as the RTP transparency leader heading into 2027. Operators evaluating supplier contracts now factor in compliance infrastructure as a core criterion, giving Pragmatic a material edge in retention negotiations.
The dashboard is available to all existing Pragmatic Play enterprise partners at no additional licensing cost, though operators choose whether to publish data publicly. Some jurisdictions will require publication as a license condition; others will treat it as optional competitive differentiation.
