SoftSwiss has announced the full integration of an AI-powered personalization engine into its white-label casino platform, following a six-month beta program with a cohort of twenty operators. The system uses behavioral data to dynamically adjust game recommendations, bonus offers, and communication timing at the individual player level.
Beta program results show a 22% improvement in 90-day player retention, a 17% increase in average session duration, and a 14% uplift in deposit frequency compared to control groups on non-AI-enabled configurations.
"This isn't about showing players more content — it's about showing the right content at the right moment," said Andrey Starovoitov, SoftSwiss CEO. "Our AI layer learns individual player patterns within the first three sessions and begins personalizing immediately."
The engine processes over 200 behavioral signals per player interaction, including game type preferences, session time patterns, response to different bonus mechanics, and payment method habits.
The feature will be available as an optional module to all SoftSwiss white-label partners by the end of Q1 2026.
